Spring in the Village / Art at the Furnace

-Dan Kennedy : I paint landscapes and wildlife. Acrylic in canvas.

-Gary Carver: I uncover birds hiding in logs and old beams. I use hand-held power tools, mainly flexible shaft carving tools but also power gauges. The smooth shapes of the carvings bring out the hidden natural beauty of the woods, especially rescued old wood. I finish my carvings with sprayed-on polyurethane.

-Jim Manness: I will be doing a blacksmith demonstration using a coal forge circa late 1800s.
